Kennedy’ attempt to take over 9 million dollars from Kevin Taylor and his loud Silence media was eventually thrown out of court.
The judge in his ruling, gave Kennedy and his lawyers a 60 days Grace period to appeal if they felt they have a case either than what they filed.
After the 60 days, Kennedy Agyapong through his lawyers wrote to the court stating they are discontinuing the case without prejudice.
