An online Poll organized by Loud Silence Media for 2 weeks has seen Former Deputy Finance Minister Hon. Fiifi Kwetey emerged as the winner for the NDC General Secretary Position.
Some 3422 persons took part in the online voting process and it was interesting to note that the other contestants like Dr. Boamah Otukunor and Hon. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah all had 1000 plus votes.
The final results saw Fiifi Kwetey pull 1358 votes.
The second position was occupied by the current Deputy General Secretary Dr. Peter Boamah Otukunor who managed 1053 votes and then Elvis Afriyie Ankrah followed by getting 1011 votes.
Considering the demographics of the participants in the voting process goes a long way to show what could be a competitive race coming up in December.
