Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng seems to be fixated on not investigating a corruption scandal that involves National Petroleum Authority boss Mustapha Hamid.
In the said expose that was broadcasted by Loud Silence Media last year, Mr. Hamid single-handedly signed fraudulent over 300 million dollar contracts.
When the issue popped up, a petition was sent to the OSP by Elikem Kotoko.
The office of the Special prosecutor’s response was that as much as they have received the petition, they will only commence an investigation into the matter If they deem it necessary as something within their mandate.
It has been 8 months now and the case seems to have frozen at the desk of the special prosecutor
