US-Ghanaian Investigative journalist, Kevin Taylor has launched a campaign to get the Asin Central MP Kennedy Agyapong’s NET2 TV shut down.
Mr. Taylor’s campaign follows a revelation on NET2’s The Seat Programme hosted by Kwaku Annan in which one ex-convict and a preacher, Micheal Adu aka DEMON Breaker alleged that he has given an alcoholic drink to the younger sister and had sex with her without her knowledge.
According to Kevin Taylor, the action of the so-called pastor constitutes rape and admission or confession of such actions on a national television is enough to get the man jailed.
He is taken on the television station, NET2 and its programme host, Kwaku Annan for allowing such disappointing statements on their network.
“If Kwaku Annan respects women, respect his sisters and his wife, If he does have any respect for the mother, and Madam Rebecca, he will never allow this guy to seat on their network to say “I have drink to my younger sister and slept with her”.
Mr. Taylor has since called on women in Ghana to rise up and ensure this guy is jailed.
“If no action is taken against this guy and the NET2, rapists will be embolden to go on air to speak on their actions”
