Ghana’s Black Stars arrived in Cape Coast on Tuesday afternoon ahead of their 2022 World Cup Qualifying game against Ethiopia on Friday.
Thirteen players opened camp in Accra on Monday including the local contingent of the 30-man squad and the foreign-based players who arrived in the country on Sunday night.
Richard Attah, Abdul Ismail Ganiu, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, and Daniel Afriyie Banieh were joined by Captain Andre Ayew, Baba Rahman, Jonathan Mensah, Jordan Ayew, Mubarak Wakaso and goalkeeper Richard Ofori for last night’s session at the La Town Park.
The team will begin their full preparation on Tuesday evening as the technical team put the players in shape for the test.
A total of Thirty two players made the trip to Cape Coast for the match.
Head Coach Charles Akonnor has made a few more additions to the squad following the inability of Tariq Fosu, Benson Annan, Kelvin Yeboah, Thomas Teye Partey and Mohammed Kudus to turn up for the games.
The team will train at the Cape Coast stadium at 5pm on Tuesday Evening.

Ghana are scheduled to host Group G opponents Ethiopia on Friday, September 3 in Cape Coast, before playing South Africa on Monday, September 6, 2021 in Johannesburg respectively.
