Our preliminary investigation into the activities of William Anarfi Sarpong has uncovered a deeply troubling pattern of deception, fraud, and unethical behavior.
William Anarfi Sarpong, a young man who has managed to weave a web of lies around his identity and dealings, appears to be a con artist of the highest order.
His actions not only threaten the financial security of unsuspecting individuals but also endanger the lives of innocent Ghanaians through his fraudulent medical practices.
Fraudulent Schemes and Impersonation
Over the past few weeks, credible sources have revealed that William Anarfi Sarpong has been orchestrating a sophisticated scheme to defraud a group of Arab investors.
According to our findings, William Anarfi Sarpong aka Dr. Wask has been using the name of former President John Mahama to lend credibility to a fake gold deal in Dubai, the Gulf state.
This brazen attempt to exploit the reputation of a respected political figure for personal gain is a clear indication of his audacity and lack of scruples.
The details of the scheme are still emerging, but it is evident that William Anarfi Sarpong has been presenting himself as a trusted intermediary with access to high-level government connections.
By leveraging President Mahama’s name, he has been able to convince his targets of the legitimacy of the deal which we understand is worth millions of dollars.
However, our investigation suggests that this is nothing more than an elaborate scam designed to swindle unsuspecting investors out of significant sums of money from the Middle East specifically Dubai.
False Claims of Medical Expertise
In addition to his fraudulent financial dealings, William Anarfi Sarpong has been masquerading as a medical doctor.
A cursory glance at his social media profiles reveals a carefully curated image of a successful and respected healthcare professional.
He frequently posts photos of himself in medical scrubs, often accompanied by captions that suggest he is a licensed practitioner.
However, our checks with the Ghana Medical Association (GMA) have revealed a shocking truth: William Anarfi Sarpong is ** NOT** a certified medical doctor.
Despite this, he has managed to establish a clinic in the Spintex area, operating under the name **Spintex Medical Center**.
This facility, which presents itself as a legitimate healthcare provider, is in fact a quack clinic where Williams Anarfi Sarpong aka Dr. Wask experiments with the lives of unsuspecting patients especially those in Accra and around Spintex.
The Danger of Spintex Medical Center
The existence of Spintex Medical Center is a cause for grave concern. Operating without the necessary qualifications or oversight, Williams Sarpong is putting the health and lives of Ghanaians at risk.
Patients who visit the clinic, believing they are receiving care from a licensed professional, are instead being treated by an individual with no formal medical training.
This reckless disregard for human life is a stark reminder of the dangers posed by fraudulent medical practitioners.
The clinic’s operations raise serious questions about how Sarpong has been able to operate with such impunity.
It is unclear whether he has accomplices within the healthcare system or if regulatory bodies have failed to adequately monitor and enforce standards in the medical profession.
What is clear, however, is that urgent action is needed to shut down this facility and prevent further harm to the public.
A Pattern of Deception
William Anarfi Sarpong’s activities are not limited to financial fraud and medical malpractice.
Our investigation has uncovered a broader pattern of deceit and unethical behavior.
For instance, when we first exposed his criminal dealings, he quickly hired the service of bloggers and other social media influencers with equally questionable characters to project him on their blogs or social media pages as someone credible.
He has consistently presented himself as someone he is not, using false credentials and fabricated stories to gain the trust of his victims.
He does this by showing images he has taken of some key influential people in Ghana and celebrities.
Whether it is posing as a medical doctor or leveraging the name of a former president and other publicly known individuals, Williams Sarpong’s modus operandi is rooted in deception.
Call for Action
The case of William Anarfi Sarpong highlights the need for greater vigilance and accountability in both the financial and healthcare sectors. Authorities must take immediate steps to investigate his activities, shut down his fraudulent operations, and bring him to justice.
Additionally, there is a pressing need for public awareness campaigns to educate Ghanaians about the dangers of falling victim to such scams and the importance of verifying the credentials of medical professionals.
