Yesterday a viral video of a Government of GHANA registered Toyota Landcruiser loaded with goods on its roof had many wondering why an expensive SUV of that sort will be used in the manner it was spotted in the video.
From our checks at Loud Silence Media, the vehicle with registration number GV-36-19 traveled from Accra all the way to Upper East regional Capital Bolgatanga loaded with streets-lights.
The Vehicle is said to be the official vehicle for the Vice Chancellor of Bolga Technical University; Professor Samuel Erasmus Alnaa.
We are digging a lot more on this issue as to how a whole Vice Chancellor of a public University could be that reckless by allowing a car given to him and fueled by Government to be used as a mini cargo.
