He takes an average of 10,000 dollars to 20,000 dollars from applicants of whom many are not even students to dash them scholarships.
The Scholarship scheme is no longer on a merit base but on how much you have and can pay as a bribe.
This scandal is in twenty folds, the first part of the letter attached showed that at the time the scholarship was given to the enlisted beneficiary attached, he was not even in Ghana as he was a military officer on a peacekeeping mission.
His wife Florence, paid an amount of 10,000 British pounds to Kingsley Agyemang so her husband can be given a scholarship.
As we speak, Emmanuel Boakye who never went through the process but rather paid money to Kingsley Agyemang is in the UK living on Ghana’s money.
He never went through the process of acquiring the scholarship because Kingsley Agyemang took money from him.
