Ghana’s Bulk Oil Storage and Transport BOST has consistently been featured yearly in scandals upon scandals since Akufo Addo became President.

It has thus become a ritual that almost every time a scandal broke in this government, BOST will surely get featured.

The Managing Director of BOST Edwin Provençal is one dangerous Person milking Ghana with the help of highly placed officials in Government like the Chief of Staff Frema Opare and the President of Ghana Nana Akufo Addo.

In our lastest scandal and documents in our possession shows that Edwin Provençal has consistently used tactical means through the court to milk BOST through dubious judgement debt payments where he in turn receives his share and kick backs.

In one instance, a lady that was sold to BOST for 5 million dollars jumped to 9 million dollars when the matter went to court.
What Edwin Provençal does is that, he always connive wigh complainants to steal for Ghana.

In the land issue raised above, BOST made an initial payment of 3 million dollars to the land owner before delaying to pay the remaining 2 million dollars.
Our understanding is that Edwin Provençal went into a secret Agreement with the land owner to take BOST to court, have their accounts frozen and ask for 5 Million dollars payment even though the land owners has already been paid 3 million dollars.

Once the account of BOST gets frozen, they are forced to pay the 5 million dollars to the complainant and the complainant takes 2 million out of the 5 million to add up to what was initially paid as 3 million and the remaining 3 million dollars from the 5 million dollars goes to the MD of BOST Edwin Provençal.

Edwin Provençal then disburse these monies to the Flagstaff house where the Chief Of Staff Akosua Frema Opare get his share.
Akufo Addo the President gets his share including Gabby Otchere Darko cousin of the President.

The Son of the Chief of Staff Frema Opare serves as the conduit at BOST where these monies are kid through.
Nana Osei as he is know is the cartel leader at BOST who takes 6000 cedis from every tanker driver before they are loaded with fuel to leave BOST yards across the country.

Osei, The Son of Frema Opare, Chief of Staff

No tanked leaves the yard without a none receipt payment of 6000 cedis to the son of the Chief of Staff.
This has been the leading reason fuel tankers went on strike recently for always being forced to pay unapproved amounts to the son of the Chief of Staff.

The Managing Director Edwin Provençal equally has a lapdog in the person of Cecil Osae Kwapong who is placed at BOST to take all bribes and kickbacks on behalf of the MD.

Attached are the Documents of proof that Indeed Edwin Provençal is running a criminal cartel at BOST
